This year, I solemnly swear…
that I will be up to do good
This year, I solemnly swear that I will be up to do good.
That I will write more, read more and do everything of the good things more.
This year, I solemnly swear that I will set goals week by week, rather than year by year, so that I remain accountable and give myself the ability to reset within a few days if it all goes bad.
This year, I solemnly swear to work towards my vision of personal balance and to be more present.
I solemnly swear that I will finish what I start, to be brave in moments of doubts, to push through and complete at least a first draft even when I don’t feel like it.
I solemnly swear that I will train my brain with habits that will benefit me in the long run — to turn pain points into power points.
I solemnly swear that I will slowly purge my spaces of the unnecessary material things — because consistency always win.
I solemnly swear that I will aim for incremental change, rather than monumental change — because habits are longer lasting than quick fixes.
This year, I solemnly swear to trial the 1% improvement theory on myself physically, mentally and financially.
And finally, I solemnly swear to give back to my communities because it’s been almost a decade of taking and seeds will need to be planted in return.
